All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery or collection. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of the request and in a saleable condition so that we can process the return. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging with garment tags and any other security devices or seals still attached and intact.
TO REQUEST A RETURN

You will then receive notification of your return.

- Upon receipt of the item/s, notification of the return and refund shall be emailed to you.
Once Nomad Atelier has received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Any product with a manufacturing fault will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturers guarantee on a like for like basis only. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied. Faulty products must be returned in suitable protective packaging by Recorded Delivery or some other traceable method. We reserve the right to reject any “faulty” product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer’s negligence or making.
